I think these days whether you are a restaurant or a hari dresser you must consider using SMS to update your clients and remind them of their appointments and remind them when they should be coming back to see you again – special offers and more!
Very true and very nicely put. Fact is that all service-based businesses can use SMS to stay in touch with past clients – if the service was good, opt-in customers won't mind receiving periodic communication. Thanks for the comment, Bowraven!
